The sense of the operation signatures in the spec sample are clearly wrong, and have been renamed here (and parameters correctly introduced). In the PowerSubsystem IBD of Figure B.19 the interface I_ICEData is provided via a port of pcu:PowerControlUnit, it is required via a port of ice:InternalCombustionEngine so that it can put/send data.
