Note my recommendation that a UML <<subsystem>> 'operation' be used to logically collect UseCases for the "operate vehicle" usage. The 'operation' subsystem then also owns the grouped Use Cases in the containment browser, giving a tidier model, as well as providing a convenient navigation point to the next diagram showing only the operational use cases.
