Inconsistencies in statement of ownership

Note in particular contradictions w.r.t. ownership of Comment, which is not Packageable.

Contradictions in ownership of Comment represented as conformance relationships between specification parsing Components

Text parsed into "conformance Components" may be related and stereotyped.

Ownership of elements by a Class in MagicDraw UML 15.1

In MD 15.1 at least the following elements may be owned by a Class.

Note that currently at least InstanceSpecification is excluded.
