HOWTO create an InformationFlow on an Association

In MagicDraw UML you can create an InformationFlow by:

• dragging a Classifier from the browser onto an Association in a diagram
• dragging a Classifier's symbol in a diagram onto an Association in the same diagram

An InformationFlow with that Classifier as the 'conveyed' Information of the InformationFlow will be created. A dialog will popup with sensible defaults and you can choose the flow direction.

TIP: It is much easier to use Drag n' Drop than the InformationFlow menu buttons in the diagram menubar.
